I'm Tammy Deitz—instructor, and longtime educator in the Colorado real estate industry.

I created Elements Real Estate Academy to provide practical, real-world continuing education for Colorado real estate agents—education that goes beyond checking a box for CE credit and actually helps agents navigate transactions with confidence.

Over the past two decades, I’ve taught hundreds of classes to real estate agents at every stage of their careers, from newly licensed agents to seasoned brokers. My teaching focuses on how contracts, pricing, disclosures, and decision-making work in real transactions, not just how they read on paper.
